JOIN US FOR A WEEK OF DAILY MORNING YOGA*!
•Each day we will start with 15 minutes of reflections on what is yoga? Why do we start with yoga? Why do we stay with yoga? What gets in our way of a committed yoga practice?
- With the help of Sutra 1.33**, we will explore the tangible ways we can tell that yoga is making a difference in our lives. These reflections will be embodied through postural yoga that open space in your mind/body.
•Our goal in these 5 days of consecutive practice will be to integrate the message of this sutra into your body/mind. Journaling will be encouraged as a tool for Svadyaya, self study throughout the week.
•All levels of practitioners are welcome
*Sutra 1.33** is given by the sage Patanjali as a tool to work with our afflictions and create the conditions for a healthy outlook on life.
